WHY I CREATED GOLF YOURSELF HAPPY
I created Golf Yourself Happy after realising I wasn’t the only golfer who loved the game… but often walked off the course frustrated, tense or emotionally exhausted.
The more conversations I had, the more I realised this wasn’t really about golf technique. It was about habits, pressure, identity and expectation.
This reset is the starting point I wish I’d had years ago.
